FAQs
1.What is an infrared sauna?
Unlike a traditional sauna, which heats the air around you, an infrared sauna uses infrared light to gently warm the body directly. The sauna at Lolfa typically operates between 45–60°C, creating a softer, more comfortable heat while still allowing for a deep sweat.
Many guests find infrared heat easier to sit with for longer periods, making it an enjoyable way to slow down, unwind and take a moment for yourself.
2. What are the benefits of infrared sauna?
People use infrared saunas for many different reasons. Regular sessions may help support relaxation, reduce stress, detoxifying the body, ease muscle tension and encourage recovery after exercise.
Many guests also enjoy the opportunity to switch off from screens, slow their breathing and spend uninterrupted time resting. While experiences vary from person to person, most leave feeling calmer, lighter and refreshed.
3. Is the sauna private?
Yes. Every booking is completely private.
Whether you're visiting solo, with a friend, or as a group of up to four people, the space is exclusively yours for the duration of your session.
4. How do I find Lolfa?
