Active Breathwork

Active Breathwork is a guided meditation that uses conscious, rhythmic breathing to help calm the mind and awaken the body. As your breath deepens, you begin to access the places where stress, emotion, and tension can become stored, allowing them to soften, shift, and move through.

Led by Zoë John and hosted in Lolfa, each session is intentionally intimate, with just five spaces available. The small group setting creates a calm, supportive environment where you can fully switch off, feel held, and explore the practice at your own pace.

This deeply restorative practice invites you to reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your inner wisdom. Many people experience greater clarity, emotional release, creativity, and calm, leaving feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply restored.

Whether you're looking to regulate your nervous system, process emotions, or simply carve out space to breathe, this practice offers a gentle yet powerful reset.

No experience is necessary - just come as you are.
